Take your vitamins people :) - some tips
 
Vitamin C - should be taken daily, 250 to 500 mg dose is enough. Helps cells getting more oxygen. It's cheap, don't forget this one, it's one of the most important things that should be taken daily!

Fe - (iron), take a pill every 2-3 days, helps the eritocites in the blood (the red cells) and oxygen supply

Vitamin E - also, a pill every 2-3 days, people above 40 should take 1 daily. IT's an anti-oxydans, slows down the aging process (oxydation of the cells) - it should help you stay young longer.

Minerals: Calcium, Magnesium pills, also regular use, help the bones, and the overall body structure.

Zinc - Z - :) it'll improve your erection, blood flow in your cock.

I'd also recommend using pills containing garlic oil, or better yet, eating garlic and drinking milk daily - the garlic is a natural antibiotic.


That's all, few pill daily.

I actually take pharmaceutical grade vitamins that are listed in the physicians desk reference. Can't say that about your over the counter products.

Also don't go on a 5 or 6 day drinking and partying binge where you only stop drinking to eat and sleep. I know this first hand. :helpme

and i also have heard from my doctor not to take those pills that are so huge and compacted too much
they don't have time to fully dissolve in your body before the stomach acids get to them

if I am on a 5-6 day partying binge, there is no sleep

the 5-6 day partying binge is a FABULOUS diet...i sometimes loose 10-15 pounds

Stuff to avoid fairly consistently:

fast food (given)
mono/diglycerides -cow stomach (unless specified vegetable)

hydrogenated oil.

'earth balance' (some just butter) - hell the only butter worth a flying putang suck is smart balance. that is the only butter/spread to use.

Cooking with oil - high high heat -olive oil is best.

Lot of other stuff people maybe can add, I've already typed waaaaay too much.

Another thing - stay away from onion and garlic consistently unless at a stand up high class restaurant. Even then, be careful. :tin-foil-hat-owns-u

Fruits sprayed with pesticides? I am not gonna say you never have to eat any fresh fruit but these pills are perfectly put together. I don't think they will harm you at all :glugglug

i'm allergic to multivitamins :(

mostly the minerals in them. like zinc and magnesium. I'm allergic to most metals overall.

i have to take a whole bunch of pills and get shots every once in a while. i was a vegetarian for about 4 years so i'm vitamin b deficient.
