Cant sit down when on the phone
 

My girlfriend has to be walking when she's on the phone. I've actually started this betting game with her and bet her that she can't go through a conversation on the phone without walking.

So far, I win. What's up with that? Any of you get the urge to walk around when you're on the phone? If so, why cant you do it sitting down?

It's a disease, I can't talk unless I'm moving, guess I feel like I could be getting other stuff done while listening to someone's bullshit....

My sister and I do the samething. We walk and talk. My brain doesn't function as fast if I am sitting.

Yup, I'm a "walkie talkie" as well... I do the same thing in meetings or talking at tradeshows.

I am the same exact way :) I also pace around when I am in deep thought, everyone has different focus points and maybe all of us ADD people just need many different things to focus on or something...lol One of our houses I actualy had a trail worn into the lawn around the house, now I have a track around our pool...lol

I only walk around if I am pissed off or worried about something. Other than that I will sit at my desk and work or what ever.

Sometimes people need to walk, to think, it helps the thought processes. It's akin to a mild form of ADD, restless, unable to stop moving about. Perfectly normal :thumbsup
