Jakke PNG 11-28-2004 05:34 PM

I recommend the death penalty to the woman, and her relatives.

Living For Today 11-28-2004 05:36 PM

Silly wench. Here's hoping she goes down down down. One has to wonder though what the fuck the credit card company was thinking. Surely a rigorous check must be done before allowing someone to get a card like that.

xclusive 11-28-2004 05:37 PM

They are super strickt with my credit and not hers wonder why...

WiredGuy 11-28-2004 05:37 PM

LOL, it must be amex's fault for letting her get away with it huh. hahaha, hope she goes to jail

Next, she'll be suing the churches because god let her get sunburned :Graucho

Haha... reminds me of a call I got when I was working for Visa.

I had a call from a bank manager desperately asking for help as he had a customer in the branch who refused to leave until her Visa problem was rectified.

I pulled up her account and took a look at the notes. She had racked up a few thousand dollars in puchases throughout the previous month.

She kept ranting that she wasn't responsible for the charges because of "the hospital and the drugs". After a little while on the phone with her, I figured out that she had been hospitalized due to depression. She had been prescribed Prozac and had gone out and racked up some debt.

She kept insisting that she wasn't responsible for the charges, despite the fact that she was in possession of everything she had charged on the card.

There are some total fucking nutjobs out there.

warlock5 11-28-2004 06:35 PM

And her credit rating was toast before this, imagine what its going to be now :1orglaugh

Honeyslut 11-28-2004 06:41 PM

She sounds like my neighbor :1orglaugh

Project-Shadow 11-28-2004 07:52 PM

Maybe i get a different version of the article. But to me it seems that she is just using that as her defense while she is the one being sued by other companies

At her insistance, we ordered the copies of all the receipts. They all had her signature and deemed her responsible for each charge. And we tacked on a $2 fee for each receipt.

What was she hoping for? Claiming she wasn't in the proper state of mind to make the financial decision? Sounds very similiar to the girl in this article.

"The woman is free on 100-thousand dollars bail and awaiting trial on attempted grand larceny charges."

wonder if she used her VISA to get out?? :thumbsup

Rochard 11-28-2004 09:23 PM

This woman should be arrested on fraud charges and thrown into the damn slammer.

She was hoping we'd clear her debt. It's very similar to this article except for the dollar amount.

Doctor Dre 11-28-2004 09:33 PM
