Very very very west of New York. You'll have to get past the gun toting, nascar driving, bible thumping states untill you hit California. Then head north untill the price of pot is less than $20/gram. If you see lots of Starbucks shops without a space needle in the horizon, you'll know you're there.

Been here too long. Montreal is the party city of Canada. Ottawa on Canada day is the second, Toronto during SARSfest a close third.

partly true.... but you forgot Montreal during Dec 15th and January 5th.... No better place on earth during holyday season than downtown Montreal .. with the snow.. horses.. christmas lights ... especially around the old TheBay megastore...
