    Hello!

    I just want to say that I'm very very upset! Cause I'm trying to contact IBills support and Payables regarding updating our wire details for about a week and still NO Response from you!!! I'm trying to get FASTER response in this Forum, Also i heared from my manager that he's fired now, i want also to know who is my manager now cause it was MUCH faster to solve problems through my manager... Please, anybody from ibill reply tio this topic and post your email here to solve my pb. Thanks!

                              Back in October, about 50 people were canned at iBill; aparently including your account manager. There are now only a handful of people in that department so if you want to get through, you gotta keep trying, although you probably won't get the answers you want.
                              We may work at iBill but believe us, we're on your side. We probably can't answer your technical questions, but we can certainly commiserate with you.
