    Paypal -> ePassporte question

    I have a question. Can you load your ePassporte account from a Paypal Mastercard ? And then dump the funds into an ePassporte registered bank account ?

    Are there any fees with ePassporte when doing just these actions and not sending money to anyone or receiving ?

              Well, the only way he can get away with one answer is if it answers the first question, and the answer is 'no'. That makes the second question irrelevant.

              He said 'no'.

              Therefore, the answer is 'no' to the first question.

                      what do you guys use to transfer funds from Paypal to a country where paypal is not doing business ? ie. most of Eastern Europe
