Just to point out something, though, on tourpage 3 you have the WTC buildings pictured next to the text "If you can kick our ass you can fuck us". I don't know how many will notice that though.

on tour1.html I can see the "seams" where he has saved some of the slices as JPEGs and others as GIFs ... I have a 19" monitor running at 1024x768 32 bit TRUE COLOR ...

I like the concept. I'd personally use the standard 800*600 layout, but the design is good. And 50/50 is correct if you want to update it regularly, which you should, of course. I think you can only offer 60/40 if you're sharing content between paysites, and therefore your costs are lower.

SNOW I'm sure you're still working on each tour page, and the general layout looks GREAT; however each of the tour pages looks really similiar to me "lookwise." You may wish to consider making the types of pictures/fonts/layouts/girls of each page slightly more different.
