Real gamers are nothing like replicas which are mass produced. A player might only wear 150-200 game jerseys thru their entire career. They also have repairs, board burns, board paint, blood and show the battle scars of on ice action, and for alot of players they arent much more expensive then replicas.

Would you rather show off a jersey that say Tie Domi used to kick someones ass in, or one of his replica jerseys from the team store where there are another 1000 waiting to be bought.
