if i send an email for support, how long should i wait for a response before i should start sending more or trying to contact a rep on board? Whats average time most sponosrs take to answer email? Think its slow due to long weekend?

i always deal with reps and stay close contact on icq and work with them on a constant basis, its better that way

I wait until after the weekend. Many support reps have the weekend off so might not be in the office or online to get your message.

If it's not too major wait til monday but if it's a major problem go to the boards just make sure you don't slam them until it's warranted...:2 cents:

yeah its not that big of a deal, just wondering how long i should generally wait for an email response, i like the sponsor, won't say anything bad about them.

With this weekend that we are talking about, I would give them more time. Reps have mommies and daddies also.
