Remember the point of a gallery is to get the surfer EXCITED enough to click thru to the sponsor and join...and not return back to the TGP full of FREE porn. So, you need to talk dirty to them, or build curiousity.

The sponsor you pick is important as well, do they coninue to "lure" the surfer in or do they just make the same mistake many people make today...They present their message as, "Join for $2 and get the World's greatest pornsite...blah...blah...blah"

Today's market is much different than it was even just a year ago and the old "give me a buck or two to join" attitude just doesn't work very well, so people either need to change with the times or they will end up HERE.

Wizzo is right... but also take into account that your results above are not all that unusual for tgp gallery traffic either. There's a reason they are looking at free gallerys.... they're free. Don't expect to retire on a few gallerys.... make thousands of them.

Yeah i know i must make thousands of galleries but first I want to find out which sponsor works best for me and to get a little expierence.

30,000 views and 138 clicks is rather miserable. The best advice I can give you is study some galleries and try to see what they're doing to draw the surfer in.

It's a process to learn how to sell on TGP's, but it can be done...and be quite lucrative.

you are right,there are a lot of tgp and a lot of galleries that are not profitable (for example my own http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif ).
The usual way to learn how to build a profitable gallery is:
Try to find these galleries, where the webmaster have paid for the listing. All bigger tgp like easypics, jjj, picwarehouse, al4a or thehun are selling their toplistings. Then check only these galleries that are on a payhost, not on a free host.
Try to comprehend the calculation of these webmaster: 100-200 $ for the listing + bandwith + content. That means: with the 10th or 15th sign-ups they start to make money.
Try to study these galleries. I stopped 2 weeks ago building and submitting, my last gallery had 170k and zero sign-ups. My galleries were like yours: nice. I have spend a lot of time surfing al4a's listing, and my next galleries will not be nice http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif

if it didn't take you at least 2 hours in building a nice gallery layout and croping thumbs,,,

then don't expect to make any money

btw 30k views and 138 hits is equal to 0.5% ctr. try to get ctr up to 2-3% (not blinding it surely) and traffic to (at least) 40-60k per day (it's not so hard)
doubtfully it will take u more than 3-4 hrs per day, so keep working
