any advise would be good

If there's no sexuality its not illegal. The only thing you can do is complain to the host, cc processing company etc. They might not want to associate with such a site.

Angleaous, please edit the link out of your post. While it may be borderline legal due to no sexual acts, it's still exploiting nude children for money.

I read about the law on this a little. If there is any implied sex then it's child porn...but if it's artistic it's not...so a shot between the legs even with clothes is child porn...very fine line.

There is this one company that makes these websites for kids and sells access, they even sell videos but there is absolutely no implied sex...so even though they are linked on all the pedafile websites...it's not porn...
