    Replacing audio in mpeg file

Whats a quick way to replace the audio in an mpeg file with another audio file? Does it have to encode the whole video again or is there something quikcer?

Typically, you have to render it again, with the new audio track, using something like vegas or premiere.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

You will have to re-encode, use VirtualDub
