Martha Stewart is becoming quite the jailbird gourmet and whips up dishes with illicit ingredients she smuggles back to her cell by stuffing them down her bra, according to a newspaper report Friday.

She was rail-roaded.

The only reason she's in jail is because she's rich(ironic reversal of the norm).
Insider trading charges were unfounded so she was prosecuted for "lying" to investigators.

Fuck, everybody could be convicted of that. Ya know, they question the suspect and the suspect says "I didn't do it".
Is that not the most repeated lie in court?

BTW: It is totaly legal for investigators to lie to you!!

I think that instead of wasting taxpayer money to make an example of her and lock her up; she should have been sentenced to a year of living and working in a homeless shelter. Let the truly downtrodden benefit from her talents-
