YOu need to pop some melatonin in your gob when you want to sleep, dude. It works like a charm for me. 3Mg and you're out for the count.

i'm sure it is. except this has been going on for the last 20 years, and i'm sure won't change until i'm in the ground.

Thank goodness there's other folk like me who sleep weird hours, thought I was a freak!

Yesterday I slept from 4pm until midnight. Woke up, did some work, watched a DVD, went to sleep at 8am. Just woke up now ready to work again (3pm here in London).

It matters when the weekend comes around and I've got social engagements that require me to be up before 3pm, for which I've got to set my alarm cos my sleep pattern is all over the place! My friends and family think I'm lazy and just sleep all day cos when they phone I'm usually still in bed. They can't figure how come I earn so much $$$ when I work so few hours - little do they know of my nocturnal existence... :winkwink:

I know the feeling. I have never been one to sleep properly, even when I was 8 years old I was lucky to get 6 hours in a 24 hour period.

chupachups 11-26-2004 08:30 AM

woke up at 2:30 AM today... its 4:30 PM now and I am getting sleepy....

Yankee Scum 11-26-2004 08:31 AM

Sleep....

hehe i know the feelin when family thinks your lazy just because you wake up when they get free from work.

Thats the curse of being a webmaster and your own boss I guess :glugglug

I hate having a messed up sleeping pattern :(

X37375787 11-26-2004 09:29 AM

a wrong sleeping patter is not healthy and it destroys your productivity. Try to get back into a normal cycle asap, I suggest you get some NyQuil if you have trouble falling asleep.

loverboy 11-26-2004 09:36 AM

i just hit the nearest store and haul 5 cans of San Miguel beer, works well for me before.. but right now, i =m happy to get my rythm back to normal
