it contains nitrous oxide under pressure. and when you you crack the can, it pops the NOS out and creates the thick creamy head.

yeah, i never was much of a beer guy, always liked rums, but this shit isnt half bad... i really like it...

i got some new shit on order from the beer distributor. it's called beamish. apperently it's another irish stout that is excellent. i <3 beer
