fuck my arm hurts
 

every now and then i get a sharp sharp sharp pain going thru my left form arm and a lil less pain in my right forarm

happens to me... but in my ankle from sport injuries.

sounds like a repetive use type injury.

i'm nervous i'm getting carpal tunnel from all the time on the computer - last week my wrist was killing me when i moved it at certain angles - hopefully it was something i did in my sleep and not carpal tunnel. last few days the pain hasn't been there.

Yup prob some kind of strain from the way you are sitting. You need an ergonomics makeover. :)

If it's mainly on your left side get to the doctor right away could be a problem with your heart. I hope it's not but it's safer to have it checked out...

my wrists give me pain all the time from prolonged time at the computer but I have also broken them both from skatelboarding so that could contriube to it.

omg i had that too for 2 days it just finally went away today. I took some asprin when it was really bothering me. My partner was having the same problem as well.

Have you been sick lately like had the flu or anything?
