What's your obsession with outsourcing and bashing me in my posts over it?

I only have one single tech that is outsourced overseas. That's it. One guy. And it is just because he applied for a position and he's top notch and he lives outside the US. Wow I'm really hurting the US economy with one single person.

Go pick on Dell or Microsoft. They're the kings of outsourcing.

I even pay him 3 times what he asked for.

Outsourcing = more money for business owners. That's the bottom line.

Outsourcing is just like a game of chance... You never know what you'll get unless you really know the person entrusted to you. Someone whom you have really tested...

If an outsourcing company tells you that their webmaster/designer has 3 to 5 years experience... I'd say... chances are, they have only 6 months training... :Graucho

No its still so far below market costs in the US for these services so I don't mind.

Plus he does execellent work and is extremely reliable and I appreciate the reasonable rates.

thats the thing though, he's not in the US. I can see paying your people well if they do a good job, but paying them extra just to feel good about it makes no sense

i do it with most of our design work... i send it out to luka, those who know who he is know what im talking about..

Outsourcing is the future. Most of the top companies in the world.. if not all.. are involved in outsourcing in some form.

Anyone bashing outsourcing can't know much about running a successful business.

Why someone would bash you for outsourcing is funny and somewhat pathetic.

I outsource all the time. I'm from Denmark in Scandinavia and I hire plenty of american companies and persons to work for me. Does that mean I should stop using american workers for my projects since so many seems to be against outsourcing? Surely it must go both ways.
