Imagine with 4.000.000 regular pot-smokers (in Germany) and a tax of 1? per gram. And a gram a day isn't much for a regular smoker.
So the gouvernement would make 4.000.000? a day!
And really big countries like the USA would make even more!

So many things you could financiate with this!
