TCG stats are froze

damn this sucks. at least i'm not the only one.

From the looks of it, its just TCG's database which is down (as in the reporting tool and backend). It still appears (from what I can tell at least) that sales are being tracked and monitored and there's no errors being given on the tours of an sql error so I wouldn't really worry about this downtime. From the looks of it, its just the reporting function which is down.

I just started checking stats for the day and I cant connect to check stats or to any of the tours.

if they are tracking sales that is neat but I can't get the sites to load so very sales could be tracked from where I stand.

these problems started around 5am this morning GMT. I was checking my stats and watched as I went from 6 sales to 0 then I noticed a php error. Their hosted gallery links went down too so I guess the entire backend was affected in some way or another. Shortly after the whole thing went dead and i couldnt log in again so im guessing the plug was pulled at that point.

says $0 this month :(

Thanks for the info. I was just able to log in and it looks like my overnite was shot (very few clicks.. no sales).

At least we know they are working on it.
