Will the US stop funding the IRA?
 

One thing I can't understand about the US crusade against terrorism. Does it mean that the United States will stop all the fund rising and donations for such famous terrorist organization as the IRA in the UK?

They could just send it all to me instead.

We can only hope. Its hard to control people putting money in a hat in a Boston bar. However, the US gov't finally made giving to some of the groups illegal earlier this year.

The problem is that they didn't include some of the fringe groups (which in reality are more dangerous than the normal IRA) in those laws.

True... but I like to think of it as more of a scientific experiment that went horribly wrong, killed the scientist, and burned down the lab all at the same time. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif
