it is nice and right down by the water.

trouble is, it is hella cold down by the water right now

I'm gonna be staying at the Holiday Inn on King Street, its right downtown.

The Grande is nice but it's not very centrally located... lots of stars stay there because there is a studio behind it I think.

I love that place, but it's on Jarvis and Dundas... strip clubs around there, good ole Filmores LOL you can get your wallet stollen YAHHOOO!!!

Stay away from Jane and Finch area...crackville

Stay at the Soho ... its 1 block away from the Holiday Inn... its a 5 star and really nice rooms... Most of the celebs stay here when they are in town or the Hyatt but its far away ... its where I live so it has too be nice :Graucho

I have a 1200 sq ft 2 story loft.... which is good for me. There are some larger places in the building but I don't know of any for sale..they move pretty quick. There are a couple new buildings going up around wellington and Spadina and a conversion at Wellington and Portland but they don't get much larger than 1000 sq ft.

if you want a loft I can hook you up with my RE guy. he is mid to late 20's and specializes in downtown loft spaces.
