In my 1st year as Simon Synister..I've made good friends here and good biz relationships...I've pissed off a few guys too, but that's because I speak my mind and will admit if I'm wrong and try to correct it, if it's in my powers to do so..But I have given refunds to customers due to thier attitude or some shit didn't rub me the right way...My biz is simple..I do biz with whom ever I choose and I DO NOT Do biz with anybody...so this has caused a couple of guys that don't even know me to post bullshit about me being a scammer.

Now I'm calling everyone out..Regardless if you liked my content or didn't like it...because that's a matter of opinion..HAS ANYBODY SENT ME MONEY FOR CONTENT AND NEVER RECIEVED THE CONTENT??? SPEAK NOW...IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I DO NOT SCAM..I may piss you off but I don't need to steal money..I'm not the fastest person in the world, but many have been satisfied with the content and come back every month for new scenes


I admit being a newbie and didn't know my encodes were old school and I went back to the drawing board to re-encode and make them better...at that time I offered all my old customers to up grade to the new content...for $1 per scene fee (handles discs and shipping content, plus time to encode)

...$1 that's all

If anybody needs 2257..hit me up with FTP info and it will be uploaded. I want to take care of anybody that has felt scammed by me....


I also admit I wanted to leave this biz a few months ago for my movie deal in LA.(That is still a deal and you will read about it in the hollywood trades)the money is slow coming.... I've been drawing comics for 10 years, but there is no money left in that industry, so i went to porn...the money is too good and too easy...I have 2 teen age daughters that need food to eat ,clothes on thier backs and a roof over thier heads..my money also takes care of my ailing father...without porn I could never afford the insurance he needs for meds...my job takes care of that...yes I was unable to cut loose these strings so I'm here until just a father of two making life better for a few people I love.

So right now I need to set things right with anybody that feels slighted by me and let's work it out..feel free to contact me via ICQ and let's be a man about it...if flamers what to be silly and say some dumb shit ..go right ahead, it doesn't really hold much weight..be a man talk to me person to person.

And as a side note: I think you need to chill out on your personal drama threads. Just calling someone out with an attack makes you look kinda unstable. It makes people afraid to do business with you or associate their name with you.

First off, I don't know anything about you except for what I've seen you post. Yeah since Simon has raised the issue, I will give you my honest opinion. You make yourself out to be a complete and total jackass and nobody that I would ever trust, or recommend to anyone. Sending your cohort Nina here to bash people just makes you and her both look completely lame.

Ive got to say we have spoken a few times on ICQ I have also bought content from you a few times.

I must admit I dont like you attitude and the way you come across is rude.

But that said. Any content I have ever bought has been delivered. It has been as expected with all the documentation.

I wouldnt hesitate in buying content from you again. But I probabaly wouldnt ever go out with a beer with you. But being as though your in the content selling business, not the going out for beer with people business, I would buy content from you again without hesitation

Was gonna mail you this, but since you bring it to the board yourself..First you sell me 300 movies that are totally useless, and then you whan't 300$ more for movies i can actually use for anything.. Now why would i feel scammed about that ?

I do hope you take care of this, but charging extra for what your should have send out in the first place is not the way to make me fell less scamed !

Imo. If you correct your mistake you show yourself to be a stand up guy that i can do business with again.. If not, who would know what you charge extra for next time ?

well that is exactly my feelings as it happened to me

but i must admit that the content was first uploaded on my FTP then he sent the stuff on CD's to france in a timely manner . Simon is not a scammer and is always there repying icq , the only thing is that if the quality is not there, we shouldn't have to pay for the correction. imagine you'd have to pay for each patch for each game you bought ( !)
the only prob me and my partner have is that we don't want to dash out 300$ more for something we should have had in the first place .

Agreed, I'am in the same situation, 300 scenes, no 2257 info, and the quality is not good at all, screensize is tiny, if you can correct this, that would actually be a stand up thing.

The movies ARE NOT USELESS..over 30 customers have them playing in sites right now..they are smaller and take up less bandwith..but they are far from useless...I made the upgraded encodes due to todays market of broadband users...just like you upgrade your programs, you may up grade your scene resolution. and these guys paid anywhere from $6-8 per scene...I feel I'm not being unreasonable...but that's my opinion and they have thier's

They can pay and it's the end of discussion, they can be cheap and refuse to pay, but ask for what other customers have paid for...I'm not here to win a popular vote..it's the webmaster's descion, not mine...I'm just offering more and better and in thi world is cost a tad bit more.

the scenes they have are not useless...they just want more juice...so there's nothing to correct or undo.

Now if everyone that bought the scenes say they are useless, then yes...everyone would get these new encodes free...but that is not the case.

Did any of you guys check out samples of the actual movies before making the purchase? Did Simon say that would be encoded in XYZ format/size?

If I were Simon, what I might do is this:

- Re-encode the videos in the various formats that people are requesting.

Then (if money were tight)...

Intead of charging people $1/scene...

- Strike a deal with a hosting company on GFY to host (probably for free) this deal-rectifying content and make sure that on the download page there is a big plug for the nice hosting company that hooked you up.

You could also give them more exposure by thanking them in the thread that announces that your content is now available in the newly encoded formats.

and there was no way to have it in the 1st place because they didn't exist in the 1st place...if you feel I'm being unreasonable..I looked up your order...you know how much paid for the scenes..if you feel another $1 per is too much...then that's the end of that...I will not send them out for free...I have too many customers that have paid for the upgrade, simply put...that got a great deal on the content in the 1st place

Now that sounds like a good idea..I'm still holding on to the old encodes because some guys would prefer those...there are still dial up customers out there...so this makes sense and will be looking into that
