Have you ever been BANNED from a search engine?
 

I've had a few domains on high profile keys noticeably pulled for good reasons, but as a whole I think the worry over being banned by an SE is WAY overrated :2 cents:

How do you see if your domains are banned?

im in the process some of getting banned on some domains.

they call you up on the telephone

they bug you and keep calling in your phone just to tell your being banned.

i think i have like 10 that are banned by google, but they do well on yahoo :1orglaugh

None of my domains are banned !

yeah yrs ago some idiot used a keyword we use for 3rd level domains like keyword.blabla.com keywordkeyword.blabla.com etc etc that got us banned for a month or so... wasnt cool

Still have a few servers that are totaled each with 255 domains on them, will get around to dropping these soon too.

I have 1 domain thats banned......nothing else...

it takes time to get banned.

I get the same one banned a couple times a year. Takes forever to get them back on Google.

I got banned all the time on the old Inktomi database which was used by Yahoo, way before Google became what it now is. First they would ban the domain. Then the IP. Then the C-block IPs. Eventually they banned my IP from submitting! It was a fun search engine to play with because your sites would stay in the search results for a month (until the next update) even after they banned them.

Never.. then again, I play fair.

I got banned for loaning someone my GooglePriorityID. Fuckers caught me...
