my clock is fucked up...

i just bought a new laptop and i noticed that my clock is not working... the timeouts between the seconds doesnt seem to be correct every time... could that be just a software thing ?

clock synchronization. maybe you didn't adjust clock, try to read laptops manual and see where to adjust.
