Ricky Williams Reinstated to Dolphins.

He must approve the deal first, but he would serve a 4 game suspension for the rest of this year and be good to go for next season.

Wonder what will happen, if they will try to mend things with him or trade him in the off season

MickeyG 11-23-2004 07:02 PM

they wont get shit for him in a trade, hopefully with a new coaching staff coming on board they can keep em around.

QuaWee 11-23-2004 07:18 PM

He needs his ass kicked

being a lifetime dolphin fan i hope they trade him. I would hope they get at least a thrid round pick for him.

The Dawg 11-23-2004 08:20 PM

Interesting. I dont think he will be welcomed by the other players on the team. He did fuck them over and I doubt he will be accepted with open arms. Most likely he will be traded.

I am sure a trade is the best option, but you never know he is a great talent and that's always hard to get rid of, espically with a new coaching staff coming into play

I disagree. He will be traded I'm sure. There are plenty of desparate teams that will take the risk to acquire him. My prediction is he goes to the Raiders for a first round draft pick at least.

I wouldn't be too upset if we could get a first for him but some fans are talking about accepting a 5th or 6th round pick for him. To me thats just ridiculous.

"I" dont mind having that on the brain! :glugglug

However, a stud RB that screws his teammates over due to that stuff, should be banned for more than a year. That was simply classless! I played sports and I wouldn't want someone on my team that I couldn't count on.

2nd Pick at best!

You knew the fucker would be back he's just a head case but a hell of a talent that maybe now will make full use of his talent...

We can only hope

Ricky Williams is great. He made a mistake and he knows it. Im sure he will be traded because he let his team and staff down. I know Ricky is worth a number 1 draft pick.

MetaMan 11-24-2004 04:51 PM

the dolphins are nothing without williams, if they decide to trade him away they will do just as crappy next year.

they will finish 2-9 this year OUCH.

Ya they will.

sickkittens 11-24-2004 06:03 PM

Sources say he already wants to get traded to Oakland.

Vitasoy 11-24-2004 06:23 PM

If they trade him, they won't get much back for him. Cause other teams know that they want to deal him. I'd say keep him even though he left the team out to dry. Cause he'll still make them better with or without team chemistry.
