Not really. Joe had a lot of time and money invested in that studio. He developed clients based on what he was able to produce there. Now he is forced to expend more resources in order to maintain his business. Chances are that he may even lose some business over this due to production delays if his clients are not understanding. Hopefully, they are.

As for what he was shooting there.....

If the Internet is not a mass market as mentioned in #3 then I don't know what is. I did not see Joe's contract with the landlord but unless it specifically said "no porno" or something along those lines then Joe was not necessarily breaking any rules by shooting there.

Joe works harder than anybody I know in this biz, ANYBODY who has ever worked in the bricks and mortar world having anything to do with adult knows there is a good chance troubles could happen when it comes to leasing premises, even when it seems ok municipalities and landlords will find a way to make it hard on you. 99% of shooters working in LA are breaking some law by shooting at home or in someone else's home or on the street doing pickup scenes or even in a studio. who fucking cares.

Simon why did you shoot a girl with forged ID's, unacceptable ID's for 2257 purposes when it was obvious to my shooter Marco that the ID's were extremely suspicious? As most people know now that girl was a fugitive wanted on kidnapping charges in NYC. I guess you don't worry much about putting your customers in legal jeopardy.
