gettin money out of epassporte account

If I have money in my Virtual Visa account, do I need the Visa Electron to the money out? Either to my bank or to my CC

The best way to get your money out is with the Electron card. As you can shop with it (free of charge) or withdraw funds from virtually any ATM in the world (for $2).

However, you can move funds from your ePassporte account to your U.S. bank account without the need of having the Electron Card.
