Hmmm yeah, I saw something like that on the tv on Friday morning. Street vendors selling WTC t-shirts for $5 ea, where they are keeping all the profit... it would be nice if they donated like 20% of the profit (apparently one guy made over $2k profit in one day), but what are we going to do?
