Experiences with Oxcash?

Does any of you girls and guys have any experience with http://www.oxcash.com/ ?

Good or bad please let me know, all info is welcome.

The stats are down at time of writing this, so I can't give figures, butt I can't seem to convert them.

I've put up some avs sites with there banners, the banners are pulling well but the conversion sucks for me...

its an ibill thing i think
they do seem to convert alright for me though
i have good days and bad days
been 7:400
but i've also been 0:1200
matter of luck i guess
dont think much of ibill though, as they scrub cards too much, a lot of people have claimed to try to use legit. credit cards and been refused for no reason. not good
wish they would lift their game
