Just visited one yesterday.. around 800ft2 and theres not even enough place to put a computer... Its so small that I would be embarassed to tell my friends and familly that it cost $200k (including taxes and a garage..) LOL

Even the 1100ft2 was pretty damn small... $250k... lol

Crazy....
