my icq doesnt get the offline messages. what can be wrong???
 

people send me messages when i am offline and i dont get those messages when i get online.

i tested it too. i dont get any offline messages.

this started happening few days ago. what can be wrong? does it have to do with icq servers or my software?

plz help. people think i am ignoring their messages.

This happens to me all the time... I tested it many time with my multiple accounts and I'd say that most of the times the messages wouldn't go through. They used to, when Mirabilis owned ICQ. We all know whose to blame: AOL. They probably delete the undelivered messages often to save some space on their servers... cheapos! (Your software can't trash messages for no reasons... servers are.)

That happend to my friend before too...

Try installing a newer version of ICQ.

I'm using the latest version and same happens to me. I get the messages I'm sent when my ICQ is turned off, but mine won't go thru when the other person is offline.
