Yes and I found the place. This is one of the best cam places other than legendary lars. I prefer this place because you can make up to $80 per free sign up and the base pay is $40 which is really high for cam sign up and it's like better than regular site sign ups because it pays a little more even on base pay.

It's not free to signup at ifriends. They require you to enter a credit card and charge you something like $1.95 or something. Can't remember exactly what they charge but it's definitley not free. I was going to promote them and signed up to see how it all worked.
