I live in the only country visible from the moon , and other very far away distances :) also you can see on those pics that the USA is very poorly equipped with street lights compared to europe

Maybe this has to do with the fact that some areas are a lot less populated, even deserted.
Small towns probably don't have many street lights either.
I don't think it's a matter of being equiped with street lights but population density, Europe being like a sardine can

Also many US cities are adopting light polution rules to keep the light down at night so you can see the stars.

Europe only looks that way because the view is much closer. It's smaller than the USA.
