if you're drinking a 'latte' you may be gay, so perhaps you're stressing about 'coming out'.... just 'come out', and you'll be able to go to sleep i reckon..

I can never sleep well when I have to be up early.. Sometimes I can if I don't think about it. Most times I toss and turn and keep thinking how soon I have to up. Sucks.
