sorry to break up all the drama here on good ol gfy with an actual business thread, lol.

my business partner wants to invest and has asked me to look for a paysite for us to buy.
so hit me up if you have a paysite for sale.
my ideal budget is 5k...but if the bus. opp. is deemed worthy (by me) i will spend more.

and be prepared to provide me with the following info:

- # of current/recurring members
- how much original content
- site launch date
- how often has it been updated
- host info
- monthly bandwidth costs
- most recent 3 months revenue for the site
- traffic resources - free sites, tgp/mgp - - traffic, SE etc. - I will want to see raw logs of web stats.
- and any other pertinant info.
- asking price


note:
don't waste my time with responses like "here is my site, xxx.com" 15k...are you ready to make an offer".
if i am going to buy a site you can be sure that i will do my homework.
so spare me and yourself the wasted icq time.

and yes..i have purchased a site before for much less then 5k...with content and members. and in the black on it after a few months.

exactly . . . you need to be a little more realistic than that . . . . actually, a lot more realistic.

$5k wouldn't cover the budget for the exclusive content on one of our sites, for one month.

I do have a side project, good amount of members, a few sites, about 50% of it's own content, hosted galleries, earns a good and steady income each month, and has webmasters.. I can off load for about $100k. It has about $7-8k a month in expenses.

I realize that what i am looking for is scarce...but you never know, some people start ventures and then want out. can't hurt to ask.

and i did buy a site for peanuts, not the best site in the world, but it pays me nicely every month. it converts really well b/c it is original content. members love the videos!

what about a whole program with sites and all
there is 9 sites live alot just went live and there is 4 others just finished up to go there as well

selling it for medical reason alot know my probs and will be down a while and no time to run it and me and my partner went our own ways
