I think he means that JavaScript code that disables the pop-ups on free hosted sites that insert 'em instead of headers and footers.

And I also think it's unwise to disclose that code snippet. It would be a help to cheat if I'm right about the intended purpose.

I know there is at least one adult freehost that offers no headers/footers. Instead the have a popup.

It was over a year ago since I saw any pages from them, though, so they may be out of business.
