WTF with my Fedex package?
 

So the delivery date was today.. but according to the tracking # they gave me, they tried to deliver my packet to ANOTHER CITY !

Now in the status, they show me that my packet was Refused by recipient at 2:01 PM, and the status is now : Delivery exception !!

The delivery date is still today, but I don't think I'll get it today, or get it at all !

I've sent an email to the customer support, but it will take a while to get my awnser ! Anybody here know what's happening to my package ?

Now I got one thing to say to Fedex : :321GFY

Yes... telephone would be your best bet, I dont think e-mail is up top on the hierachy of importance tbh.

fedex sorts and routes on the "postal code"
so go online and see if the postal code was correct for your address.

I've talked to the guys at 1-800-GoFedex and they had my correct adress, but they did a mistake ! :thumbsup

They will re-ship it tomorrow.. that's what they said ! Now lets see if I'll get it tomorrow ! :warning

Fuck Fedex. They still tell me and anyone trying ot send shit to my house that its an invalid address. Its the official 911 address here in the sticks yet they still give us shit about it. They really need to clean up their addressing database. :321GFY

That's the second time this shit is happening to me.. but the first time it was the DHL :(

could write a book bout fedex, want my 2 cents ? spend the extra buck and go for ups theyve got their own planes own delivery guys nothing is forwarded and IF theyre late its trackable unlike fedex...

I have had problems with fedex - you have to send within their guidelines to get the package there - in other words - double check with them to make sure they knwo the addy you are sending to one in particular - the city and zip were different to them - you know how some cities have cities within them like LA does...make sure that shit is crystal clear - and wash behind your ears too!

The guy told me that my late package would be trackable from my current tracking #... so that's not true !? :feels-hot

well I am sorry to hear that and in the same time I am kind of surprised......I am using their service for looong time and never had any problem......
