I am looking for content providers with referral programs.

After dwo weeks of designing, building, programming, reprogramming, redesigning and data filling of my webmaster resources site it is about to be launched, but I have no links in content providers section... ;)

The site will have no massive traffic in the beginning, so I need content provider with referral program... no partnership offers ;)
