That's what happened. There were immediate buying inquiries so Freakster took it.

I apologize for your loss SacX. It was a good domain and Freakster needed the money. He probably didn't want to lose out on the quick deal, incase you backed out.. because as I have explained to you before, he needs the money for his other projects. I do believe you should have had an option to match the price, but it wasn't my call, as you already know.

Was the domain yours or his ? If he sold ti to somebody else, then your problem for not staying there unless you paid him or signed a contract with him ...

It doesn't make sense, you have some guy offering 15k and I had "pending sale".. what do you do.. offload it straight away..

What does any sane person do? Go back to the first person and see if there's a counter offer.

Then you say you had a bunch of 20k or over offers, either business isn't your strong suit, or there's something missing in this story.
