Outlook sucks |
http://www.spampal.org - its free and works great. It filters out atleast 95% of the 1000 pieces of spam i get each day.

It's server side so a good majority of spam never even reaches you. |
spamarest is expensive, spamcease ( see sig) is a server version and you can add unlimited pop accounts
