They're probably talking about the people who go their just to play with shit. I guess they should've thought of that when they came out with the concept of letting people play with everything.

Actually I think that it happened because of the number of people that want their Dell computers fixed at best buy.

No one but dell with work on them. So BestBuy has to send them away.

good marketing strategy on Dell's part, they will look amazing in the consumers eyes.
