It's about fucking time.

I mean I don't really care for deers, but I wouldn't mind hunting people who hunt animals I do like, such as tigers, bears and/or endangered species. Unfortunately, society has consequences if I chose to do that I'd rather avoid (such as going to prison) :winkwink:

xclusive 11-21-2004 04:05 PM

time to test their "hunting" skills out for real

Personally I find it amusing that people complain about hunters then sit down later that evening to their favorite meat dish. Fucking hypocrites! If you are going to be a meat eater, you need to have the whole experience. Take the life of another living creature, prepare it and eat it. A good hunter only kills what he eats.

So basically that person whos going Extreme PETA has a lot of human flesh to eat.

Personally, I don't care for all animals. I like the animals I like, that's it. Thus, I can say I have a problem with a hunter killing a tiger, but not have a problem with stepping on a cockroach.

So in other words, it's not hypocritical for me to eat meat and defend some animals from hunters, now is it? I guess the worse you could call me is "racist towards creatures" (?)

studio 11-21-2004 04:39 PM

I told them they should be promoting the Girls of Pineapplepink...
Now look what they have done...:)

Heres the definition, you tell me

hy·poc·ri·sy ( P ) Pronunciation Key (h-pkr-s)
n. pl. hy·poc·ri·sies

The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness.

Lycanthrope 11-21-2004 04:45 PM

Exactly, I'm professing my feelings that I consider some animals to be above others (all are not equal in my view).

Thus using the above example, I'd only be a hypocrite if I ate tiger meat, wore tiger fur, etc.....while condemning the hunters who kill them.

studio 11-21-2004 04:51 PM

No, I have not heard anything yet... If it is so... they may be holding off on releasing it, with hopes of catching them fast?

And what about the ones that kill just for sport?

First of all this is Deer hunting season and deer hunters that are being clipped off by some extremist.

Let's keep it in perspective. We're not talking about poachers hunting down endangered animals; we are talking about hunters who are licensed to hunt an animal that will more than likely be used for substance.

Any NRA carrying freak will back you up saying that they don't agree with poachers going after endangered species.

Since your only hold these values for specific animals, or in your case the ones you like, I fail to see your point.

edit:

Since these doesn't seem to be about anyone clipping hunters anyhow, I think the point has been lost.

My point was simply to illustrate not all people complaining about hunters are hypocrites (as you stated) :2 cents:

Jessica Jallings (I think she is gone now)
Tammi Elliot (nice slutty looking blonde)
Toya Washington (hot chocolate)

Anyhell, that's what I heard on Fox6... that and they're urging hunters not to go into the woods

I'd be happy to see all the deer dead. I live right outside Milwaukee, I have deer run out in front of my car all the time. :BangBang:

Sorry wanted to use same example for him so I stuck with a tiger :1orglaugh

Actually, I love most wild animals. I'm also big on reptiles, dogs and ferrets.

As for why they deserve to live more than a pig or cow, it's just my personal taste. A simple matter of opinion.

It's like someone liking blondes and not redheads.

Then there's also the possibility that some experienced hunter might actually somehow get the better end of the deal, leaving you dead in the bush. I mean it's an outside possiblity at best, but you never know .. You might not actually be Rambo after all.

How's that for consequences?

Having different opinions is great, but part of having different opinions is respecting those opinions of others. Saying "its about time" when people are being shot at for participating in a totally legal activity is actually pretty sick if you ask me.

5 Dead, 3 Injured In Hunter Rampage
TV Station: Shootings Were Over Tree Stand

POSTED: 8:25 pm EST November 21, 2004
UPDATED: 8:56 pm EST November 21, 2004
HAYWARD, Wis. -- A reported dispute between hunters in northwestern Wisconsin erupted into a shooting that left five people dead and three injured.

A St. Paul, Minn., TV station reported the alleged gunman was arrested.

The station quoted authorities as saying the shooting began after a hunting party saw a hunter they didn't know occupying their tree stand. That led to a confrontation.

It happened near Birchwood around noon Sunday.

The station said one victim used a walkie-talkie to call for help, but when other hunting partners came to the scene they also were shot.
