Just a heads up. If you take your pet to a vet, try to see if you can get the same meds at a "human" pharmacy.

I've been giving my pets meds and paying around $90 a month for one type of medicine. My vet was all out so I picked it up at a CVS and paid around $30.

You're right.

Case in point, Benedryl. Works great for summer bee stings.

As far as Benedryl, my vet recommended Claritin for my dog since it lasts longer. You might want to try that too :)
