Scot peterson's lawyers
what were they thinking when they took on the Scot Peterson case for free?
Did they really believe he was inncocent? Or did they think they can get him off the charges? I don't get it, taking on a high profile case as a lawyer must be good pr if you win, but loosing it must suck bigtime |
no such thing as bad publicity.

publicity
big case = good advertising kinda backfired tho, i mean.. no real hard evidence linking him, motive maybe (i wasnt really glued to the case, just talkin out of my ass) and they still lost |
I don't think he did it for free because i remember
sbott running out of $$$ for his defense. His lawyer called him a 14 carrot ass hole to the jury. This trial really hurt his career: Can you even imagine how much shit scott will get in prison ? How long before he's found with a broom stick up his ass ? |
Geragos was absolutely attrocious in that trial. Those theories he proposed were beyond laughable. The satanic cult? The transient? Hmm last transient I saw owned a shopping cart let alone a car to transport the body how far? :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

I think that his attorney sucked. Paid or not.
the guys was convicted with no evidence. |
I wished they looked closer at his so called girl friend.
Here is a trailer park chic that thought her ship came in only to find out he was married. Just like her last boyfriend, talk about motive.I am sure she knows someone that would do her dirty work for her. |
probably they know how much they woulld get w/ the exposure it will have on the case. not only moneywise but also clientwise.:)

didn't his lawyer take the challenge on the larry king show?
I thought he said he would represnt Scot for free. Maybe wrong. |
even though he butchered the case, people will still hire him, he's a famous lawyer now.
