yup look it says 200 million emails (which there are in their member's section because i downloaded all the .rar files which are compressed .txt files of emails. and the page says its opt in. so if its not, oh well i will get in trouble and I'll take the pain but so far I have not recieved any complaints.

Juicy we all know you wanted to know where I got these emails so you could get them too because I have confirmation that you actually spam with proxies to lists that arent opt in. so if anyone is a spammer its you. so dont call me dumb.
