i just don't trust free stuff...

Seems they anonymously record informations, have their own SE technology, also promo buttons on the toolbar and make their money with it, at least it looks like that if you read their company page.

If you're going to spam threads like that, at least realize that your product has nothing to do with this.

You could also be a bot set to hit threads with toolbar in the title. :1orglaugh
