GallerySubmit.com - Re-Opening

I have been considering re-opening gallerysubmit.com for some time. Diversification is the

A couple of years ago, I feel I was a top hand gallery submission specalist (Drinkinghard also had a fantastic service), and strived for total customer satisfaction, as well as a personalized service that I feel that my clients appreciated. I discontinued service due to a rash of new gallery submitters who could undercut my pricing, but not providing the level of customer service.

Now, it seems those budget submitters have dissapeared for the most part. As a result, I'm looking for some input regarding the market - After crunching some figures I feel I could still offer HOSTED submits for approximately $400/month. Nonhosted, $350.

That is $12.90/submit for custom list submission, email confirmation, gallery hosting on PREMIUM bandwidth and recip building. So that works out to approximately $13/hour paid to me for work, PLUS I am including hosting.

Any of you gallery guys feel this would be something you were interested in? I would even cut a deal for legacy customers - free hosting or $50 off per month.

I'd be intrested in that, I got my own hosting so wouldn't need that. Would you be supplying your list and then add our partner accounts to it? Or do we supply you with like a advanced submitter database?

Hey Dusen, thanks for the kind words.

Good luck with the re-opening, if we get any inquiries (and trust me we do) I will be glad to recommend you. I trust you alot more than some outsourcing company that gets indian guys for $2 an hour that can barely speak english to do the job. :thumbsup

LOL! I am not a hater, I am a realist. I don't honestly believe the outsourcing companies that hire 3rd world employees for $2 an hour or less, can do the same job as a domesticly trained employee.

Honestly prove me wrong, I am all ears :)

ignore my post, I know what you mean and couldn't agree more. Guess lots of people still prefer the prices above quality though (few exceptions there ofcourse) ;)

GTS Mark 11-19-2004 04:36 PM

I have nothing but respect for $5 submissions, I think he has made a terrific niche for himself in the adult market. However for certain jobs/responsibilities I honestly don't believe you can beat domestically educated employees, sometimes quality is more important than quantity :)

We are still working. :)

I'm curious about how much traffic you can generate per one submitted gallery? today it is not so simple to get visitors as it as 2 years ago. May be 2 years ago it was enough to submit a good gallery through a good TGPs list and you could have more than 100k per gal, but presently without partner accounts or gallery spots it's very hard to get traffic. usually our customers provide us with their partner accounts, gallery spots and a TGPs base. after that we do the submission. we only do the submit, the routine and that is why we charge not so much. Our customers have good templates with good CTR, but they do not have time to search for good gallery spots, crop thumbs, make descriptions, upload content etc... usually our customers are affiliate program owners or people that have a ready working submit scheme but they want to free some time to focus on something new

This is huge. I will be referring people who still make inquiries over to you.

Good looking out, Dusen!:thumbsup
