prolly not many... scooters have hand rear brakes.. very easy to use... you can scrape the tail on those and bring it back.. 99% OF PEOPLE who say they looped a bike did not they just got scared and jumped off..... it's hard to loop.. and when you do just tap that back brake and chop throttle... very simple
