What I need is an opinion on my site. http://www.teegeepee.com

I can't seem to break the 300 uniques a day barrier. Shit the last couple of days it has dropped down to about 150 a day.

What am I doing wrong here?

If someone could please show me the error of my ways I would forever be in your debt.

IMO...

You are leaving out the Power of the Almighty "Blind Link"

Somtimes "Blind Link" is not an evil term...at least if used correctly.

Throw a couple of them into your galleries and see what happens.

Id also put your galleries up top...put the rest of that other stuff aftwards. (fucked up shit of the day, friends of teegeepee), Maybee leave the top refers.

Alright dude -

First off, Exxxotica is right but I have a few things to add...

Put yourself in a surfers shoes... imagine all the TGP's you have ever seen and now you come across your site. I am sure it's your first attempt at a TGP and you are probably pretty proud of it but it really is horrible.

Every gallery in it's own cell..?? Have you ever seen a TGP do that. The colors and that bold Comic Sans font are the worst.

Take Exxxotica's advice and put all the extra crap at the bottom. Add some galleries to make the site look like it has some substance. Surf other TGP's for layout ideas. Set some of those table borders to zero.

3. Your link "density" is very low because of putting one little piddly link in an entire huge table cell. As a result you will have a very low click through rate. I like to it my own way too, but unfortunately there are certain standard ways, e.g. standard tgp layouts, that will improve your click through rate. Just don't copy anyone else's design.
