          I don't mean passerbys...I was just out and on my way back there was a bad wreck on I-95 and tons of people are getting out there cars on over passes to watch it. Is this wrong to you?

              Yes, because they slow down the freakin traffic.. I hate it! There is a fender bender and EVERYONE slows WAY down to "Check the scene"

                                      Na, I took the exit before the crash (which was northbound). I was traveling southbound. When I got off the exit people were pulling over and blocking traffic on a main road which is an overpass.
